Phew! I’m exhausted! All the running around, shopping, wrapping, more shopping, baking, is a taking a toll on me. On top of all the holiday hustle and bustle I have my usual chores — cleaning, laundry and a few extra tasks to get ready for company.
Actually, it’s really not so bad. The rewards of a clean, fresh smelling home are worth the time and effort. This is a great idea! Plan your cleaning chores like you would any other appointment. You’re more likely to stay on schedule if you do so.
My daughter loved this when she was younger. I would time her and see how quickly she could pick up all her toys put them in the basket. You could do this with dirty laundry also.
Here’s an idea I had not considered. I usually write a TO DO list but a vision board might work even better.
