I’m sorry but this is not a coupon Walmart or anyone else will accept. It is for Family Dollar store only. It does not give a value off the purchase price but rather a final price of .88. It also states the value of the coupon will not exceed the value of the item so there is no cash back or overage.
I personally have not done this deal, but According to Walmart’s online policy on competitor coupons: A specific item for a specified price, for example, $2.99. This competitor coupon states 6pk Hersheys for $.88 so they should accept it. Now, as far as overage on the manufacture coupon, ymmv. Since Family Dollar coupon states that they may not give overage, but their policy is to give overage on manufacture coupons.
Walmart’s policy is to do what the coupon specifies. I have spoken with several Walmart Managers and Walmart Corporate about this very thing. They will not give overage if the coupon states there is no value above the cost of the item.
