Fried Foods – Obviously, this not easy and it incorporates a ton of favorites, but moderation is key. Even if you trim your fried foods by half, you will be eating far healthier.
Soft Drinks – Technically not a food, it is consumed so it counts. Soft drinks, even the tricky diet types, are loaded with bad for you stuff. Sodium, sugar and countless other bad ingredients will cause you a ton of problems over time.
Candy, Cakes, and Cookies – Of course we are referring to the bad for you kind and not the sugar-free or low-fat varieties. Sweets, as they are commonly caused, are a big reason for the spike in prediabetes in the world. If you want to stay off the sugar train, you pretty much have to avoid the cakes and candies of the world.
