Disclosure: We were provided complimentary admission to SeaWorld Orlando in order to experience the Viva La Musica Latin Festival. All thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.
Viva La Musica at SeaWorld is one of my favorite annual events! It’s always an amazing amount of fun, fabulous entertainment and some of the best food, seriously yummy! What more could you ask for in a day out!
Celebrate the food, fun, sights and sounds of Latin culture at the SeaWorld annual Hispanic festival for the entire family, featuring live concerts by internationally renowned Latin musical artists and savory Latin cuisine prepared by SeaWorld Orlando’s own Executive Chef, Héctor Colón. Word of caution though, your visit to SeaWorld’s Viva La Musica Latin Festival will make your day a long one! You won’t want to leave as you will want to experience everything. So, make sure you have a good night’s sleep before going and don’t plan to go anywhere early the next day.
Tips to get the most out of your day:
As I said earlier, get a good night’s sleep the day before and don’t plan to go anywhere early the next day. It’s a long day because you just don’t want to miss out on anything! The food alone you’ll want to try out! The ton of Latin themed dishes as there such deliciousness as:
- Arroz con Gandules
- Plantains, so sweet and yummy
- More food, combo plates
- Grown up drinks ie: margaritas and more of course
Get to the park when it opens as it’s just going to get busier the longer you wait and start enjoying all the festivities. Fun, Fun, and MORE Fun awaits you. The festival started April 26 and is held every Saturday until May 17th. The park is filled with specialized food kiosks, adorable and fun characters, shopping, toe tapping, LOTS of music with some amazing headliner concerts!
If you are planning on attending one of the concerts, make sure to buy a reserved seating. VIP seating can be purchased for $19-$39. One VIP Package includes a meal and reserved seating. For details and reservations, go to SeaWorldOrlando.com. It’s totally worth it as you don’t have to fight the crowds to find a seat. Great seat and the ticket includes food! Otherwise if you’re wanting great seat, someone has to sit there and physically hold your spot, most likely for hours, nah don’t do it that way! Since this coming weekend is the last of its series, you won’t want to miss Olga Tanon, Puerto Rican merengue singer in concert!
Stay the whole day, heck until closing, like I said you’re not even going to want to leave early there’s just so much to enjoy. You might as well enjoy al the benefits, see the animals, enjoy some rides and eat some more, why not it’s a day of enjoyment.
Don’t miss out as this festival it’s only on until May 17!
